1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of our products (food-grade salt, cacao, and similar items), all sales are final.
 We cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped and received.

Please ensure that you carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and details before completing your purchase.
 This policy helps us maintain strict product quality and safety standards for all customers.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To request a replacement or refund for a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund (at our discretion) for the affected product only.

Please note: Damage due to mishandling, improper storage, or customer error is not covered under this policy.

3. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), it will not be automatically resent.
 You may request reshipment, but additional shipping charges will apply.
 If you choose not to have the order resent, a refund minus shipping costs may be issued.
