1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products (consumable products), we do not offer refunds on our products. Please note that the purchase of our products is final and non-refundable.
2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receiving the product, it is defective, damaged, in bad condition or is the wrong product and you need to exchange the product for another of the same reference or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information.

3. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to New Incan Empire will not be automatically re-sent and additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
